What is included in this limited warranty? 

XPEL, Inc. (the “Company”) expressly warrants to the owner that, for a period of two (2) years from the date of initial installation (the “Warranty Period”), the Company will cover the aircraft’s factory paintwork on the FUSION PLUS AIRCRAFT (the “Product(s)”) against: environmental contaminants, loss of gloss and UV damage. This Limited Warranty only applies to the Company’s Products which are professionally installed in the manner recommended by the Company.

How long is this limited warranty valid?

2-Year limited warranty

What will void this warranty?

1. non-compliance with the Company’s guide or instructions. Such failures include, but are not limited to, exposure to physical abuse, including, but not limited to chemical abuse (e.g. harsh cleansers and solvents), thermal abuse or shock (e.g. excessive heat or cold) or misuse;

2. improper storage, installation, handling and/or use of the Product;

3. damage not resulting from manufacturing defects that occur while the Product is in the customer’s possession;

4. unreasonable or unintended use of Product;

5. Products installed with known or visible manufacturing defects at the time of installation, including, but not limited to, failing clear coat, swirl marks, scratches, scuffs, scrapes or chips to the aircraft surface;

6. Minor conditions such as stains, and scratches;

7. Damage to the coated surface due to improper wash techniques, incorrect wash tools that may cause abrasion or by third parties not authorized by the Company;

8. Swirl marks, scratches, scuffs, scrapes or chips to the aircraft surface;

9. Water spots – water spots are caused by mineral deposits, which if left to dry on the aircraft surface and/or ceramic coating may leave a stain;

10. Damage caused by collision, accidental damage, vandalism, fire, hail, flood, surface rust, rail dust, physical damage, paint overspray, or aircraft manufacturer’ defects, which may be covered under a manufacturer’s protection plan;

11. Areas that have not been re-coated after a paint or body repair;

12. Salt, salt water/spray or deicing related damage;

13. Areas around exhaust and fueling ports; and

14. Use in commercial aircraft and non-aircraft applications.

The Company will cover the recreational watercrafts factory paintwork on the FUSION PLUS MARINE (the “Product(s)”) against: environmental contaminants, loss of gloss, and UV damage. This Limited Warranty only applies to the Company’s Products which are professionally installed in the manner recommended by the Company.

What will void this warranty?

1. non-compliance with the Company’s guide or instructions. Such failures include, but are not limited to, exposure to physical abuse, including, but not limited to chemical abuse (e.g. harsh cleansers and solvents), thermal abuse or shock (e.g. excessive heat or cold) or misuse;

2. improper storage, installation, handling and/or use of the Product;

3. damage not resulting from manufacturing defects that occur while the Product is in the customer’s possession;

4. unreasonable or unintended use of Product;

5. Products installed with known or visible manufacturing defects at the time of installation, including, but not limited to failing clear coat, swirl marks, scratches, scuffs, scrapes, chips to the watercraft surface;

6. Minor conditions such as stains, and scratches;

7. Damage to the coated surface due to improper wash techniques, automatic car washes or incorrect wash tools that may cause abrasion or by third parties not authorized by the Company;

8. Swirl marks, scratches, scuffs, scrapes, chips to the watercraft surface;

9. Water spots – water spots are caused by mineral deposits, which if left to dry on the watercraft surface and/or ceramic coating may leave a stain, water spots are not covered;

10. Damage caused by collision, accidental damage, vandalism, fire, hail, flood, surface rust, rail dust, physical damage, paint overspray, or marine manufacturer’ defects, which may be covered under manufactures protection plan; and

11. Areas that have not been re-coated after repair or replacement.

12. Commercial and/or rear of fishing boats are not covered.

13. Waterline and areas below the waterline are not covered.

14. Walking areas and fish handling areas are not covered.

15. Use in non-marine applications.

JADE CERAMIC 18-MONTH COVERAGE WARRANTY

Who supports this warranty?

Detail Doctors

What is included in this limited warranty? 

1 (one) reboot session is included 11-13 months after your installation date. The value of a single reboot begins at $300.00 and increases based on the size of your vehicle.

How long is this limited warranty valid?

18 months following the original installation date. 

What will void this warranty?

Missing or skipping a reboot session will void the rest of your sessions. It is required that you schedule your reboot session 11-13 months (330-390 days) after your initial service. Neglect to maintain or use proper techniques on the vehicle according to Detail Doctor's do's and don't recommendations for washing and curing.

Damage caused by using any 3rd party wax or compound or products on vehicle's exterior. Such as soap or spray wax, and other non-Jade products.

Damage, either accidental or malicious, including but not limited to fire, flood, extreme weather conditions, secondary effects that may result from the foregoing, or any other majeure.

Many areas of the country use salt or chemicals during the winter months that can cause adverse effects on your vehicle's protection and wheel protection. It is recommended to clean more frequently during these months. Failure to do so may cause a reduced life of your product.

Failure to adhere to any requirements listed under the Jade Graphenes Terms and Conditions.

What is included in this limited warranty? 

3 (three) reboot sessions are included beginning 11-13 months after your installation date. The following 2 (two) reboot sessions must be scheduled 23-25 months, and 35-37 months following the original installation date.

The value of a single reboot begins at $300.00 and increases based on the size of your vehicle.

How long is this limited warranty valid?

5 (five) years following the original installation date.

What will void this warranty?

Missing or skipping a reboot session will void the rest of your sessions. It is required that you schedule your reboot session 11-13 months (330-390 days) after your initial service. Neglect to maintain or use proper techniques on the vehicle according to Detail Doctor's do's and don't recommendations for washing and curing.

Damage caused by using any 3rd party wax or compound or products on vehicle's exterior. Such as soap or spray wax, and other non-Jade products.

Damage, either accidental or malicious, including but not limited to fire, flood, extreme weather conditions, secondary effects that may result from foregoing, or any other majeure.

Many areas of the country use salt or chemicals during the winter months that can cause adverse effects on your vehicle's protection and wheel protection. It is recommended to clean more frequently during these months. Failure to do so may cause a reduced life of your product.

Failure to adhere to any requirements listed under the Jade Graphenes Terms and Conditions.

What is included in this limited warranty? 

We strive to have every customer who walks into our shop feel like family, and we extend that mindset to their vehicle. Any vehicle on wheels or that floats that enters our shop is insured up to $3,000,000.00 and is unable to leave without the Detail Doctors Seal of Approval- literally, you should see it hanging on your rearview mirror when you leave.  If at any time, for any reason (within reason), you are unsatisfied with our work, we will correct the situation.

How long is this limited warranty valid?

Lifetime.

What will void this warranty?

The use of third-party chemicals, treatments, alterations, external sources, and any other customizations or work may negatively effect our work. Our services do not last forever. A great rule of thumb is, if other customers are coming back for repeat service between the duration of your feedback, it may not be covered. Please reach out directly to our team, however.

JADE MARINE GRAPHENE CERAMIC COATING 2-YEAR COVERAGE WARRANTY

What is included in this limited warranty? 

Every boat or jet ski that is serviced by Detail Doctors includes maintenance at no additional cost. Following your service, you will be able to schedule your 1 (one) included re-boot session (valued at $1,000.00) 9-12 months after your initial application date.

How long is this limited warranty valid?

2 Year Coverage with mandatory maintenance within the first 12 months

What will void this warranty?

Damage, either accidental or intentional, including but not limited to fire, flood, extreme weather conditions, secondary effects that may result from the aforementioned circumstances, or any other unforeseen catastrophic event.

Failure to repair and retreat surfaces affected by accidents as stipulated by the warranty voids the warranty.

Warranty is voided by any alterations or modifications done to the boat.

Damage caused by manufacturer's defects or defective surfaces also leads to voiding of the warranty.

Damage sustained from collisions or other boat-related accidents can void the warranty.

Using abrasive methods such as compounding, polishing, sanding etc. can also void the warranty. While using caustic cleaners doesn't void the warranty, it is discouraged for optimal performance.
